I want to be the next Leader of LSPD because, LSPD is the First Organization that i joined in my whole GrandRP Experience and one of the best Organization in the city, i want to keep that and make a great and Strong term.

I want to be the next Leader of LSPD because, of my experience in LSPD as a HC i served 4 Terms in LSPD my rank was From Scratch to HC. and thats why i think i can be a great leader of LSPD and make Great term without warnings

Lastly, i want be a leader of LSPD because, I saw LSPD in many terms. Some of them was bad and some of them good but I saw what leaders did wrong so because I know that now I think im gonna be the perfect Leader for LSPD.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- There will be NO FAVOURTISM Allowed in my term if i see anyone giving free ranks to their Friends/ Fam Members They will get a Insta Blacklist.
- i will make sure to Choose my HCs and Deputies carefully and i wont be giving HC to anyone i will make sure to give them to the experienced People
- i will Make sure to Attend All Events neither in Night or or Day
- i will make sure to do all the requirements
- My HRT team and i will make sure to teach the newbies every single thing from Penal Codes to Legalisations and Arrest procedures etc.
- i will make sure to give MASS daily bonuses and keep people on-duty & Towing
- I will make sure to keep good relationship between all Legal organizations
- as you see There is slightly a change at the ranking system new Rank: 22 Name: K9-Unit These are to Trained People who can Bring K9 (dog script at LSPD warehouse) When on-duty These also Improves the RP Alot.
