2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation.)
2.1. There are a lot of qualities you have demonstrated and should have, including strong leadership capabilities and experience in other organizations. I have great leadership skills with strategic planning for my term and decision-making, and I am well qualified to lead the National Guard. I have to manage a team of diverse people.

2.2. A lot of people look down on the National Guard and make fun of them, saying NG is NPC or you only stand on gates, etc, and I am gonna Proof to them that National Guard if it have the right units and the right leader it can be more than that, I will make that happen when I become the next General with the Help of my units and Deputies!
2.3. As a leader in the National Guard, I want to set a high standard for discipline, professionalism, and commitment to public safety. Our role is essential in keeping the rule of law in the state. I believe leadership should show the highest level of integrity. By guiding our members with fairness and decisiveness, I can make sure we respond effectively to crime, protect citizens, and maintain a stable environment

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 I will make sure that my organisation contributing in attending event which may lead my org to be active .
3.2 I will make sure that my soldier having re-interview so it will help in higher roleplay
3.3 I will try to make good enviroment in orgzanization.
3.4 i will not support any kind of favouriteism rank will be given by hardwork.


The Departments I want to Imply are as follows: -

Human Resource -
Taking Interview, Giving Training, Allotting Logs.
Military Police - Checking Log, Activity Checking, Body cam check, Background Check Every Week.
Special Task Force - Attending FZ Raid, Store Robbery, Black Market Raid, Doing ammo run All Other Events.
Airforce - Air support, Drop/Pick on Events, Checking gang activity near NG base, Give backup during ammo run by air.​
