-1 the first reason i want to be Leader of Families is because, my experience in gangs i Led Many event Like hostages,stores etc. and i think i can Lead an whole gang right know and this position would mean anything to me and it would really help to improve my self also.
-2 After being in gangs endless times and many terms, i was always Underdeputy or HC the gang i joined because of how good work i did in the gang and how much i helped the Leaders and the Deputy Leaders and knowing how to Lead a gang i think i can be the best fit for the Leader of Families.
-3 and the last Reason i want to be Leader of Families, after being in many gang terms i saw what Leaders did Wrong and when i am Leader i will make sure to not do the same mistakes as them, i also will choose my deputies carefully.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- There will be no favourtism allowed in my gang if i see anyone giving free ranks to their Friends/Family Members they will get a Blacklist no matter what rank.
- i will make and attend daily events Like FZ Raid, Store Robbery, Hostage Situations, Gun Store Robbery, and i also will make sure to attend Scripted events Like Clands, Battleship etc.
- i am gonna keep good relationship with other gangs to team up (No ER 1.1 ONLY where its scripted events to team Example: Blackmarket raid.
- i am gonna do the all the Curator Requirements.
- i will try to end my term sucessfull and without any warnings.
