Leader of LSPD

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

(2.1)
I have been in the city for more than 3 years now and I have seen almost every side of RP ,from gangs to law enforcement. But honestly, I always enjoyed the LEO side more. I have served in many orgs like NG (as Deputy), FIB, LSPD, SAHP and even held HOD ranks. Because of this, I know the system well and I feel I can use this experience to lead LSPD in the best way.

(2.2) I want to make one of the best terms for LSPD with a strong and active team. Many people nowadays prefer FIB because of the numbers and activity, but I strongly believe I can bring more people into LSPD and keep them active in all events like store robberies, hostages, and other situations. My goal is to make LSPD stand equal or even better than other orgs.

(2.3) I also want to give importance to each department, not just focus on one. Towing will be one of my priorities because it is usually ignored, so I will make it active with proper bonus systems and motivation for officers. Along with that, I will ensure SWAT, PR, HR&T and UC all stay active, balanced, and professional. This way, the whole department will grow together and not just in one area.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

(3.1)
So, I will be having the same departments from old times which are:-

(i) SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics): SWAT will be the strong team of LSPD. They will take care of dangerous cases where normal units cannot handle. I want to keep them in small groups with different duties, so they stay more disciplined. I will also do joint trainings with FIB, NG, and SAHP so that SWAT learns more and is always ready for any big action.

(ii) PR (Public Relations): PR team will be the friendly side of LSPD. Their work will be to meet citizens, do events, and keep good connection with the public. This will make people feel safe and also show that police is not only for catching criminals but also for helping the city.

(iii) HR&T (Human Resource & Training): HR&T will be like the base of LSPD. They will take care of recruitment and training of all new officers. Every cadet will learn rules and duties properly, and even old officers will get refresh training time to time. This will keep the whole department strong and professional.

(iv) UC (Undercover): The Undercover unit will work quietly to collect proof against gangs and illegal business. They will help FIB in raids and will focus on stopping drugs and weapons in the city. UC will make sure that we always have solid evidence before any big bust.

(v) IA (Internal Affairs): Internal Affairs will keep an eye inside the LSPD. Their duty will be to check if officers are following rules or doing any wrong things. If there is any bad behavior, IA will handle it fast. This will keep the department clean and respected in front of other orgs and citizens.

(vi) TE (Traffic Enforcement) : Most of the time people don’t give much attention to towing, that’s why it looks dead in LSPD. I want to change that by making it a proper active wing of the department. Instead of treating it like boring side work, I will push it as an important duty where officers can actually enjoy the process. There will be proper scheduling so that tow trucks are always visible around the city, helping clear illegally parked cars and keeping the roads clean. I also want to add a simple reward system, maybe appreciation, ranks, or small perks, so the officers who put effort into towing feel valued and not left out.

(3.2). Friendly and Active Environment
I want to make LSPD feel like a family where every officer gets respect. Toxic behavior or wrong language will not be allowed. To keep activity high, me and my High Command team will often go on patrols with junior officers. This will help them learn directly in the field and also make them feel supported. Along with that, we will arrange events like checkpoints, PR drives, and patrol activities more often, so duty always feels active and engaging.

(3.3). More Opportunities and Motivation
Doing the same duty every day makes people lose interest. I will bring small changes in tactics, duties, and vehicles so things feel fresh. I will also add rewards for the most active department every week, so officers stay motivated and enjoy working in LSPD.
