Rejected I was jailed for hitting someone with a car for two hours waited it out logged off and logged back in to find im in jail for three hours now

It says " /threads 1116994/ G.R 6.13 BY SLE AZY" Ive been killed sooo many times while unconscious I didint know it was a rule. I just got out of a two hour sentance for hitting a gang member with a bus only to be thrown in for three hours immediately after. I wont do it again can I have a reduction or something? im 25 I work full time im not wasting five hours of game time over nonsense.
