Hello, It Is Very Unrealistic And Maybe Against RP That Two Leo's Are Standing Infront Of 10 Gang Members Mocking And Doing Emotes And Gangs Cannot Do Shit To Them Because Of Some Circle Which Is OOC And Cannot Even See By Eyes(Not Minimap) I These Two Leo's Should Also Be Punished For Fear RP For Not Fearing From 10 Gang Members And When They Get Shot They Laugh.

Respectfully i just want make your point clear , How you want them to fear for their life.
, if example the gang members gaved them demands to leave the area than they need to fear for their lives and go run , but as you can see over there the gang start shootings directly without even letting them know , and other thing when you said they are using emotes i thing they have the right to use it bcz they are not participating in the event they outside the event so the event rules not gonna apply on them they were just acting normally and following the rules , thanks you mate
