Rejected Ban for 1.1 + 1.4

Hello, I have been banned since 2022 I think. However, it says I did gen rules 1.1 +1.4 but I only made a twink because I couldn't log in my main account because the email was under my moms account and the password wasnt working anymore so i coudnt reset it. Also, my moms old email that was connected to my account my mom doesnt have access to it anymore because its been hacked because she clicked on a facebook link or a sms link I cant remember so she lost access to it. Lastly, I would never share or trade my hard working stuff I earned I put alot of money on the game to buy outfits and etc and I really want back the access to it.
