Hey Admins,
I got ban for Lr 1.1 and my Bloods temp term disbanded. When I asked the reason from Abhijeet he said I got 4 punishment yesterday and org got 2 punishment for multiple ppls breaking rules. Which I think is totally wrong and unfair. Yesterday I got 2 punishments (Pg and ub demand). Even tho I had the best and active temp term ever in en3 history better than ppls full terms. I did my best and I think I got this punishment unfair. It was a temp term so getting ban for Lr 1.1 is fully unfair for me. So Kindly have a look on it. I hope I will get unban and my bloods application should be reconsider again.

I waited for interview for 5 days, everyday when I try to msg them for interview I get response we will do it tmrw and the next day same things. Review this case carefully plz because me and friends was running en3 Crime side and we didn't got response from admins at the time. You can even check the logs from the day I got Bloods. I have done more then 25 Store and more then 40 Hostage situations and also all other events (including taking state leaders). Have a look on this matter. I hope I will get a positive response because I got punishment for the thing which I don't deserve.

After further review, one of your punishments was removed as it wasn't valid (related to forum). However, the main issue was your behavior as a leader. You consistently showed poor attitude, provoked others, and broke multiple rules in a short time, and you cannot control your org which led multiple members breaking the rules over and over in a short period which reflected badly on your org as well.

As for the interview delay, I agree that you waited, this matter was discussed with Senior Crime, and your actions as a temp leader raised concerns in that short period, which is why curators hesitated to take the interview. In the end, it was your own actions and toxic leadership that couldn’t be tolerated.​
