I went to take the demands to know about they have an hostage or not.

1st time they said they do have the hostage.

2nd time they said they dont have any hostage clearly and after that they came with an hostage. Clearly it is an Fail Rp.

You can clearly see in the below link that they have an hostage. Once they gave the final demands cant do that.
