ii) As a leader of the Ballas, I aspire to uphold and promote role-play excellence within the organization, and Following the RP guidelines. By showcasing dedication to RP. I want to push the gang beyond daily hustles, working towards taking over territories, making alliances, and becoming the top gang in the city.
iii) My goal is to make Ballas stand out by focusing on creative roleplay, not just random shootouts. I want to bring storylines, rivalries, and operations that keep members and enemies engaged long-term.

To improve Ballas RP, I would focus on making us act more like a real gang with structure and discipline. Members should always have something to do, like drug dealing, protecting turf, Stealing cars or running small hustles, not just shooting. My goal is to keep the gang active, respected, and fun while giving everyone good RP moments.
My goals for Ballas:
- Making it terrorist org
- Dominate the ghetto
- Getting a 100% turf
- Make the most active gang
- FInish term without any warn
