Rejected ER 1.2 + Possible cheat | 132693

Hi,
As you can see in my POV, I was heading to Biz War when a player (ID: 132693) killed me when event start ,This appears to be a clear case of ER 1.2 .
Additionally, the player did not miss a single shot throughout the encounter, which seems highly suspicious and leads me to believe that there might be possible cheating involved
