I was present during this situation. From what I saw, the chat message was not directed as a real insult outside of RP — it looked more like part of the roleplay interaction. Sometimes words can be misinterpreted out of context. I believe the report might be a misunderstanding, and I just wanted to provide this clarification from my side.
