Rejected [Appeal] Wrongful Jail / Warning – Caravan Defence

Situation:​

My family and I were running a caravan when we were attacked first. They killed us without giving us an option to be revived and then took our caravan.

I respected NLR and when I spawned back, I waited until the next caravan. During that second caravan, the same group came again and I defended my caravan.

Instead of being considered fair defence, I was jailed and warned for RDM.

My Defence:​

• I did not initiate the conflict; they attacked us first and killed us.
• I followed NLR rules, waited for the next caravan, and only defended when attacked again.
• I did not shoot randomly, only at players actively hijacking our caravan.

Evidence / Witness:​

• I don’t have POV of the first attack, but I was fully prepared during the second where I defended properly.
• Family member Roman Clooney ID:489456 was present and can confirm the situation. They are available to provide clarification if needed.

Request:​

I respectfully request a review of this situation. From my understanding, defending your own caravan after following NLR should not be considered RDM. I ask for my jail time and warnings to be reconsidered.
