Hi this is Kolin the Under Sheriff, i would like to mention a couple things.

First thing in your POV no one from SAHP was shooting at you. Also your demands was no shooting for 5 seconds, you didnt mention no engine blocks, spikes etc. You said no shooting for 5 seconds. You can clear someone counting down from 5 and no one shot until the 5 second countdown was over.

As for you guys you broke GR 6.16 As at one point there was only 3 of you while holding a hostage and you didnt let the hostage go.

Because you have a hostage while your 3 gang members and other gang you told them to leave
When you ask for space I told all organizations to give space because you have a hostage. On department

And when you left the hostage, we opened fire because we had the hostage with us. We can shooting

LEOS can engine block and shoot as soon as the hostage is safe, they don't have to keep their word for free passage as long as they have not put the spikes or barricade to block your cars.
