I Was in beach market and i find this LSPD agent aresting some one i stay with hem and i see hem aressting 2 peopel when he was alone wich is PG after that i see hem going with his car to ghetto alone wich he break the SR 5.5

I am the arresting officer, I did not break SR 5.5 because i was not patrolling the ghetto, if you read the rule, it says its prohibited to patrol, i was just taking my 10-15 away from beach market, So its invalid to report me for this.
5.5 LSPD/SAHP/FIB could patrol ghetto if there are more than two special officers. | Verbal Warning

And this is not powergaming to arrest 2 people, this is a realistic action that can be done in real life and i did not take any advantage of anything so i dont know how you think its powergaming. i will leave you an explanation of what powergaming is down below.
