We were at informant which is a scripted event then I found two LEOs which weren't in uniform which isn't allowed ( 98057 and 9216 ) and then also ( 101968 left the game ),
Also I guess these two IDs were using FIB make-up ( 98057 + 9216 ), IDK about the third one who left the game if he was using make-up or not but I guess He is a LEO aswell.
