Dear admin
as u can see i was stealing vehicle in ghetto then on 13:36 this guy (16057) comes and arrest me wihout telling me that she is cuffing me or what and also not wearing vest.and then on 13:37 this guy (46033) and arrest me but as you can see they were not proceeding me and also they are only two who were in ghetto.he waste the time to save his friends car.then bounty hunter came and kill both of us.
RULE BREAK 1.they were only two in ghetto.
RULE BREAK 2.She arrests me without telling somethings.that she is cuffing me or something.

BUG ABUSE= As you can see they were respawaning like admins.(On 13:36) and (13:37).
