• ID 103516 will recive punishment for Mercy Killing.
• ID 93216 will recive punishment for NLR.
• It's not rdm as you shot his and turned so he shot u back to save his friend it's not rdm.
• You cannot mercy kill anytime even if it is not to situation and to release from cuffs next time use lockpick instead of mercy killing.
