Today I got some suspicious one the guy he was hiding in the grass so I called the admins already . Then i started nourishing my seeds this guy just came and started shooting . No rp is done by him to confirm me by asking the passport for bounty and no demands was given .

POV not showing complete situation, you were not able to wear armor because it was recently broken and also you called admin for RDM.
Situation is not clear from the POV provided, make a new complaint with the POV explaining complete situation.
