I just saw a guy wearing illegal LV vest so i went upto him and detained him and the guy 167909 gave me demands and i already left the area still he was shot me down and killed me 01:39

First of all he did power gaming while cuffing the person as he cuffed him while he was moving and cuffed him from front. moreover i shot him after giving demands as he didnt run while i was giving demands so he didnt comply and i shot him.

you didnot leave the area during the demands after that it does not matter and u cuffed him when he was moving
