Hello dear admins , as you can see i wasnt even speeding Or doing everything i was normally drive And i see This officer That camed right into me And pull me over for noo reason and Give me a Fine Without even seeing my passport i was wearing a mask and Give ma that fine ,

IC Issue he gave you a demand for a pull-over and issued a fine for speeding. To give a fine, he doesn't need to see ID, as he can get the car owner's information from the car itself

You can contact a lawyer or go to the LSPD and talk to their High command if you believe that fines are unlawful
