Rejected Technical error in receiving my two penalties

Yesterday I made a mistake and I received a punishment and I have a record to prove it. At the beginning of the next day, action was taken against me with the same punishment. Two warnings were issued, knowing that I carried out my punishment and I have proof that I will attach it.

1. I have attached a picture with the date and time I received my punishment. If you want to record what I did today, I have it and yesterday as well.
