In the above POV I was just going somewhere in my car when this ID : 199248 killed me without demands and told me about bounty after I got killed. As far I know we need to give demands before a bounty kill which was not given to me and I even am not sure about whether they had a bounty or not since there were no stars on me, but for private bounty there is a possibility. Even for a private bounty DEMANDs are to be given before shooting. So this is a case of RDM according to the rules. Pls look into the matter and provide necessary punishment
