hey i was wondering if i can get my car out of impound as the person who put it in their cheated their way into getting my car and they were punished and i feel like i shouldn't be punished either and i should get my car back from impound since they cheated and broke rules i shouldn't be punished as well to have to pay the 1.5m he should of been punished and the money he got from stealing my car should of been taken back and my car should of been put back
