I was at beach market doing undercover work and seen ID 95143 with a illegal vest. So I went to investigate and question and before I could ID 711 provoked me in the situation so I placed him in cuffs and was ready to take him to DOC then him and his friends was speaking FL in RP Situation then ID 86103 RDM me to stop his friend getting arrested.
