4311 : he was tresspassing in lspd hq and when i gone to put the cuffs i got one guy but 4311 did combat logging 22:17, 22:27 he was mysteriously teleporting at random places at time stamp of 22:17 , 22:27 , 22:37 , me and my officer was taking the 10-15s to the doc to process them (ids : 140301,65495) and 4311 came to the doc and shot me and my officer at time stamp 22:37 who were holding the 10-15s which was rdm+gz1.1+mercy killing+maybe possible meta gaming because the 10-15s were leaking the location to 4311

140301 and 65495 was using fl during rp 22:19 , 22:22
