Rejected Ban for VDM | Spike Pluxury

Hello, after viewing the evidence against me, (

) I have a few issues I would like to bring to your attention. First this clip is only 17 secs long. A ban from a video needs to be at least 1 min, long per the rules. Also the clip doesn't show them ramming my helicopter first. I sat on the hillside and watch them ram my chopper out of the way so that they could gather in the spot they're in during the clip. I don't have video evidence to support my claims but logically speaking how is my chopper flipped in an area with no road access? Why is the chopper smoking as the video starts? This family/gang drove up there and cleared my vehicle out of their way. After i flipped the chopper, I didn't intentionally steer into the crowd, it's unfortunate that it happen but it was not on purpose. I didn't land to apologize because I felt they were already overly aggressive and would try to kill me. Thanks in advance for any help dealing with this issue.
