Hello everyone, I believe this post is for my car that got stolen from the beach market green zone.
First of all thanks for your help!
I have one question though, how do I get the car back without having to pay the fee? (If someone has to pay the fee it should be the guy who stole it).

Car is not on GZ when he was trying to push the car out.

However, ID 17889 will receive a punishment for Car Ramming.
You can not use a vehicle to crash into people or vehicles.​
