Life Story :
Erwin are found in grasslands of mirror park by a leo couple . He was then adopted when he was 2 year old by the couple . The father was a corrupt cop and mother was a underworld hidden gangster . There identity was well hidden from the eyes of FIB . When Erwin Came to know about his parents he started following them , he started learning illegal work from his mother and his father used to teach him laws of the city and how to use law for advantage and how to evade it . At the age of 12 he mastered how to use lockpick set , virus pen drive , tamper evidence , break bodycams and much more . Until he turns 18 he became the most hitlist guy in the city and most wanted too due to his crimes in the city like money laundering , drugs smuggling and human trafficking . He joined leo orgs many times with different fake identities and with help of plastic surgery and leaked many intel and classified information of leos . And because of his knowledge in laws and instant and immediate change of identification , it was hard to catch him . Also he got support from his father helping to do internal corruption and from his mother to widen his connections in Underworld .
Career Story :
Following Erwin's experience he targeted the whole los santos by joining army or national guard to get high price intel's of National guard . He joined NG as a frontier soldier and for his amazing fighting skills he got rapid promotions and for his knowledge of controlling situations he was appointed head of multiple departments . Everyone wanted to be like him , faithful for country and a strong fighter but from Inside Erwin settled up in NG at a non doubtfull position with huge respect from his colleagues .
At the Age of 20 Erwin contacted his mother as it was a time for his comeback . With all his knowledge about law enforcement agencies and illegal works he was the biggest asset of underworld . First of all he started fleeing the suspects in the custody of National guard charging 100k each and taking all their weapons and ammunition . He started selling Army intel for 100k each also he use to lead hostage situation becoming a self hostage also charging 100k each from there . He used to use illegal guns and drugs before any fight to get advantage during combat . Due to his huge knowledge and confidence he used to deny to show his identification when he did or will do corruption . It was like impossible to catch him as no one would doubth so respectful soldier . In many operations he worked with FIB leaking disclosing their secret information in underworld . Without informing anyone he used to go to city pickup anyone whom he thinks have money for false allegations and charge 100k for release . His exceptional bodycam breaking skills helped him destroy evidence against him and when any officer doubted him Erwin used to kill that officer and tamper evidence for it by saying it was used for self defence . He too denied lawyers for his suspect saying false information that no lawyers available right now . Off-duty he used to go with his family gang members for robbery . Outcomes :
1. Erwin can make criminals to drop their weapons and illegal items and keep them for himself or sell them in the black market. (Not NG items, with additionals the suspect should follow fear rp)
2. Erwin can lie/deny about a lawyer if a suspect requests it.
3. Erwin can break body cam's and smash them up using /try commands. (Won't break Gen rule 6.1)
4. Erwin use drugs and illegal weapons on/off duty.
5. Erwin can leave the NG base alone while being on duty. (cannot go inside the ghetto).
6.Erwin can refuse to show his ID to any civilian and any other orgs Leo’s to save himself while doing corruption.(with an RP situation)
7.Erwin can go into Ghetto Off Duty and can Kill/Rob people with his family members. ( No fighting against LEOs and not entering gang HQ)
8. Erwin can detain any one on a false charge and then demand a bribe or weapons from them for their release and whoever fail to give him the bribe maybe released or killed (100k max) (suspect must show fear for his/her life)
