I want to appeal for the blocked on my account, Sister's account and my IRL Partners account. I played from EN1 and here in EN2 for more than a year now.
I'm not using that accounts (my sister and partner) , we have different rockstar account and we are on the same house and were using 2 different PC, but sometimes my sister will used my partner and my pc's so that we can play each other .

I'm not complaining the admin but the thing is were both playing me, my sister and my partner. But I'm not using their account and also them.
