Rejected Unfair Ban - Ban Evader [M] - IP Issue Due to WARP (Server EN3)

Hello GTA5Grand Support Team,

I hope you're doing well.

I’m writing to request a review of the ban on my account (ID: 76183) for the reason "Ban Evader [M]". I would like to clarify that I have never been banned before, and I have never attempted to evade any bans.

According to the ban notification, the block date is listed as 12.06.2025 at 23:13, but I actually received the ban just yesterday (11.09.2025). Everything was working fine before that. I’ve attached a screenshot of the ban message I received to show the exact time it appeared.

I believe this is a case of mistaken identity caused by my use of Cloudflare WARP. Since Discord is blocked in Turkey, I use WARP to access it. However, using WARP changes my IP address. It’s possible that the IP I was assigned had been previously used by someone who was banned, which may have led to my account being mistakenly flagged as a ban evader.

• Ban reason shown: Ban Evader [M] by Asrin
• Admin who issued it: Floki_Vilgeorarson

I kindly ask you to investigate this situation, considering the actual date of the ban and the IP-sharing issue caused by WARP. I’m confident this was a mistake, as I’ve never violated any rules or tried to evade a ban.

Here is a screenshot of the ban notification I received, showing the real time I got banned (yesterday), which differs from the date shown in the ban reason. This supports my claim that the ban was caused by a shared or reused IP address via Cloudflare WARP
