Rejected Fail Role Play and RDM by citizen, Suryansh Beast (200658) [My gang member]

I joined the game in my bunker to do my bicycle licence plate business. But this citizen is part of my gang, whom I don't know much.
But while I was driving car, he started to ram me off. I didn't did anything to him.
I stayed calm And went to the SAHP (Green zone), he rammed me once in the green zone also. I ignored him once more, I just went to my bunker and spawned my bicycle I was on the way of SAHP, he again rammed me off (third time) I fell off the bike and he started firing on me at that panic situation I just dodged and fisted him to reduce my anger because he was firing without any reason.
I went back to take my bike and he again started firing on me, I took cover of a tree I started fisting to just stop him but he killed me.
I request to take a action on this this situation. He should be punished.
