Hi, This person started sending spam messages in capital letters on the Organization radio without any reason. He ignored the HC warnings. I called an admin and told the HCs not to kick this person. However, this person violated the GR3.2 rule against me for no reason.
(The individual was punished for spam but did not receive punish for GR3.2.)
