Rejected using race to hold me still to kill me

the race made me not able to move and then a player got a passenger out the car and was shooting me so i didnt get away and by the time i had the opportunity i was one shot i was already low, this is not right need to be address its using in game situations to have an upper advantage! ! !!!!!
