Rejected Cop abusing in different language and abusing powers

This cop arrested me for reckless driving and crashed my car than took me to jail and investigating he fined me for 35k instead of 25K and when i spoke about court and cry Laude and laude means dick in english. He was quite rude and possibly taking his real life frustration on me
