He promised himself that he would never live weak or poor again. He began stealing food to fill his stomach and picking pockets to buy what he needed just to see another day. By the time he was a teenager he had betrayed the very man who once guided him and he took control of small rackets. From that day Ricky became cold ruthless and merciless and he chose a path that would define his dark legacy.
Career Story:
When Ricky joined SAHP it was not to protect the city but to use the badge as a weapon for control. With law on his side and crime in his blood he built a network of dirty deals secret alliances and blackmail. He manipulated colleagues took bribes sold information and buried anyone who got in his way. He entered the drug business and made millions while expanding his influence across the city. To the public Ricky was a dedicated officer respected by many but in reality he was feared by those who knew his true face. His badge became his shield and his weapon as he slowly built an empire from the shadows with one goal in mind to rule the city through fear and corruption.
