Hello,
I received a ban with the reason "cheats". I want to clarify that I have never used any cheats, hacks, or illegal programs in the game. It is true that I used a VPN, but the only reason is that the internet in Algeria causes me serious problems and does not allow me to enter the game at all without it. Every time I try to connect directly, I get errors or a connection lost message, and I simply cannot play unless the VPN is enabled.
I understand that using a VPN is against the rules, and I accept the reason for the punishment. However, I want to make it clear that I never used it to gain any advantage or to harm the server. The only purpose was to be able to connect and play normally like other players.
If you wish, I can record a video showing the problems I face when trying to connect without a VPN, and then how everything works normally once I enable it. I have no problem doing this to prove my situation.
I truly respect the server, its admins, and its rules, and I really enjoy being part of this community. I kindly ask you to review my case and give me a second chance. I promise to look for another solution to my internet problem and never use a VPN again.
