Dear reviewing admin ,

I am in LSPD , I was patrolling in the city and saw 60838 overspeeding + doing reckless driving so i cuffed him and was trying to arrest but someone uncuffed him without reason.

The rule break were :

GR 6.4 - ID - 86954
