2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 I want to become leader of SAHP because always i want to be leader of Law enforcement orgaization and want to serve as a Sheriff to citizens. I want highways to be clean, want to catch all criminals that will come in our jurisdiction, in short I want to make sure that highway should be safe for citizen under my leadership and want to provide support to other LEO's organization. I will keep strong relations with other organizations. I saw many citizen that get target of highway robberies and hostage, seriously that is very unsatisfactory for citizens as they earn money and their money got stolen, I do not want that things happens so i will try that our units should be on highways for patrolling to save the citizens life and their hard earned money.
2.2 I have got good experience by working in many Leo organization so i will use that experience in my leadership. I hosted 23 PR events in Xen Luciano term so i know very well that how to make good relation with public also. I will make sure there is no corruption in my term. No ranks will be given freely. In my term Ranks will be achieved not just given. People who deserve promotions will get promoted and people who are not working and doing power abuse will get demotion and punishments. And now i am State Attorney in Department of Justice where i got to know more and got more familiar with state rules which also helps me to run SAHP smooth.
2.3 I will give respect to all my employees no matter if they are junior command or high command because i believe only in team work. They will be given high bonus for their work so they can be motivate by doing their work. I will appoint a good COS of swat who will host training session for our employees to grow their shooting skills that will give them help in events and also there will be benefit of organization.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 I will appoint a good internal affairs team. I believe that to run a term, a good internal affair team is needed to see that everything internally going good. Internal affairs will do daily Background checks of our employees to see that everything is functioning well. They will do trunk inspections, license checkups and logs check of every employee. I will not bare any corruption in that department, so i will handle this department very carefully in my term.
3.2 There will be good Heads of swat department, they will conduct training session in daily routine to improve skill of our troopers that will help them in events. We also try to do collab with other organizations like LSPD, GOV, NG and FIB to enhance roleplay
3.3 I will make sure that some units should be on highway patrol for safety of citizen and there will be many checkpoints daily to remove gang activity from highways. I will appoint good PR team that will help us in maintaining good relationship with public. There will be one pr event daily. There will be two units at insurance everytime to make sure people getting insurance of their cars without any problem.
