Hello, we were robbing on the highway when we saw this car. We gave him demands to pull over and stop, but he didn’t comply and instead fled to the event area. Despite having a gun aimed at him, he showed no fear for his life. I ended up shooting him as we were engaged in an RP scenario. He was away from the event area at the start, and no event zone was visible to us. Anyone passing by on the highway could go there and claim that he will participate in an event just to avoid being robbed. We received a gang warning for this incorrect decision. I’d like you to review this with the chief and make the right call.
