Dear Admins,

A few days ago, during the time of SUBS, FIB Federal Commander Rangoku Black made a department-call to all organizations, instructing them not to shoot or arrest Vagos. Since Mr. Rangoku Black holds one of the highest positions, employees trusted his authority and followed the orders. This unfortunately led all state organizations to face punishments.

As the LSPD Chief, I, along with my deputy, was not present at that time to guide them in a better way. Due to this, my employees made a mistake, which resulted in us receiving punishment.

I kindly request the higher-ups to reconsider the matter, give us another chance, and revoke our punishment.
