Rejected blocked by mistake for 60-day

It may seem funny, but I was banned for 60 days for using Gymbot, a program I don't use and don't know anything about. I kept pressing the E key while using my phone and browsing Instagram, and I didn't notice the confirmation mark proving I wasn't a robot. I was surprised to discover I'd been banned from the server. When I tried to log in again, a message appeared on the screen stating I'd been banned for 60-days by the administrator, Saturo_Anonymous. I fully understand the game rules, didn't use any cheats, and didn't receive any warnings. Please review my case. I've invested a lot of time and money in the game, including purchasing the Battle Pass, and a 60-day ban is very difficult for me. If necessary, I'm willing to grant you full access to my device to check my game files and ensure I'm not using any banned software.
