Dear Admin,

I was playing Grand RP when I experienced a connection loss issue, so I closed the game. Several hours later, when I reopened it, I saw that my account had been banned for cheats. It shows that my account was blocked in January 2024, but I was able to play the game this morning. I have never used any cheats, and you can verify this by checking my account.

I kindly request you to review this matter and lift the ban.
