Hi so today I was robbing an atm and just standing there. Suddenly 5-6 officers come as there was a robbery going on. Obviously to save my life I ran away but as I saw them coming behind me I stopped and I was not wearing my headphones so I told him I can't hear you. Then he directly cuffed me and searched me. The main part is that he is abusing power as he is from FIB and was not wearing the uniform nor the vest. So that I can identify that Its a leo

If LEOs have an IC reason, they can ask for identification proof. If you fail to comply, they can cuff you
and UC FIB cops can attend the situation without a uniform
