This guy hit my car and then drove off after hitting it at the LSPD police department. I also want to see the guy's POV. He's waiting in the green zone. What he did was wrong. I'm writing to the manager, but they're not punishing him in any way; instead, they're punishing me. How could he not see the guy next to me? According to what he wrote to me, I wasn't there, I missed the incident, but if you weren't there, how did you see me?
