1. Strengthening Brotherhood: Put gang affiliations ahead of individual benefit or pressure from law enforcement. I went back multiple times in past terms to help my brothers and close friends through difficult times. In my role as leader, I will make sure that the Ballas put family first at all times, encouraging loyalty and unity in any circumstance.

2.) Active Leadership and Engagement: In the past, leaders did not actively participate in events like NG raids, store robberies, and highway robberies. This frequently led to chaos. In order to directly mentor and support each Ballas member on the field, I will personally attend as many events as I can.

3.)Because highcommands often hire new gang members without conducting a thorough interview, as a leader, I will ensure that all gang members are invited to join the group following a proper interview.

4.)For good leadership, only capable individuals will be promoted to deputy positions in my term.

2.1 I’ve served as NG General, LSPD Chief of Police, and Governor. I almost have experience of state side ( Legal side). Now i want to expand my boundaries and server as illegal leader and i think ballas is the best organization i can have because its well reputated in the dark side i already served as Los Santos Vagos Deputy Leader and Right now i am The Families Deputy Leader, I had been Ballas deputy as well before . I would love to lead an illegal organization and show my leadership skills in the another side of city.

2.2 Maintaining a proper Role play
I learned organization, communication, and clear chains of command. I want to bring those same standards to the Ballas. and i can promise that i can bring those things in the ballas.

I will assure that I am giving rank to the deserving persons I've been leader 3 times and now after having good recognition in the city i can make sure that the term is going to be super active.

3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.


3.1 Increasing Roleplay in RP events like hostage sit any many other events.

3.2 Major problems with gangs now a days is that they only focus on particular events and leave behind some fun RP practises to f gangs like Highway robbery . They don’t do highway robbery at all now a days and also they don’t focus too much on events like SUBS , Vehicle theft , Informant . I will make sure I focus on those events as

3.3 Will make sure hiring is not messed up and genuine ( not like state ) but still specific rank will hire so no chaos takes place .

3.4 No inter - intra organisation disputes or toxicity will be tolerated . Bonuses will be kept high so my guys can indulge themselves more in events .

3.5 Will make sure my gang members follow proper rules and will make Ballas most active gang in San Andreas and will reach out in events with highest numbers every time .

3.2 Second, I'm going to be very active and mostly at headquarters when there aren't any events or activities going on. I'll talk to my buddies as much and well as I can to help them get connected to me, and when I want them at any events, they'll listen to me because I've been through all of these things. To make Families the most sought-after gang in the city, I make sure we attend every event and give it our best.

• Past events: When I first landed in the city. I was confused what to join and after some time one of my friend referred me to BALLAS. I went there and joined after a small interview. I stayed there for a long while and started to learn about the functioning and events of the gangs. BALLAS is one of my favourite organisations till now and it has a special place in my heart.

• Experience: I am participating in gangs and criminal activities from a long while. I have experienced mostly every situation and perceptives. I am sure that I can easily handle every situations and events.

• Leadership Skills: I have good leadership qualities in me and I can lead events and do better roleplay than nowadays the gang do. I am able to handle my emotions and also to lead a lot of fellow culprits alone.

• Activity: I have observed that the gang are active at afternoon and evening but not at night on in the morning. I have some guys in my mind from different time zones. They will ensure activity in such times too. Also I promise to give my best for the activeness. I want LEOs to fear from us for our activities.

• Professionalism: In gangs, I have seen that professionalism in Roleplay lacks behind most of the times. I will teach my guys better roleplaying skills and everything which will contribute to improve the Roleplay level.

• Thinking twice: I have seen higher ups doings things without thinking too much which later on results to punishments or resentments. I will make sure that whatever I or my deputies does have thought twice or even thrice for less or no mistakes and better choices.

• Priority to interviews: The gangs nowadays are hiring guys without even confirming that whether they are able and used to enough about the rules and regulations or server or not. They just invite them after checking his/her age. Some even dont check their age and directly invites them. Which in future leads to rule breaks and deterioration of the image of that particular gang among everyone. I will make sure thats everyone who is in my gang are taken in after interview and they must have atleast basic knowledge of rules.

• A friendly environment in Gang: Mostly all gang posses a bit of toxicity which occurs due to their own beliefs and personality. I am completely against Toxicity. Everyone promises to eliminate toxicity during their term but in the end it all just stays like a fake promise and undone. I am the man of my words and I do what I say. The initiative starts from the leader and higher ups. I am friendly by nature and the deputies who are in my mind too possess this quality. I promise to remove toxicity (if any) in my term and develop a friendly environment for everyone so that everyone enjoys roleplaying.

• Bonus System: Bonus is something that helps people to stay sticked to something. I will ensure max bonuses for every events and even for the events whose bonuses arent provided by anyone, I will provide from my side.

1. My first reason to become leader of Ballas is my knowledge and experience in gangs.I think i have enough knowledge and im
eligible to lead a gang as leader.Also ballas is my most favourite gang among all gang so i want to lead this gang as leader.

2. My another reason of becoming leader of Ballas is i want to increase my reputation in ghetto by make my term of the best and
active term ever.Im hoping in my term ill run of the most active term and ill make history with my golder members of my gangs who
will help to run a successful term.

3. My last reason is to communicate and help people to learn proper roleplay in gangs.Usually whenever anybody dont know rules
i used to help them by teaching them about the ooc rules.So if i become leader i will help my gang members to gain more knowldge about gang and how they can improve roleplay within the organization.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. I will make sure there is not favouritism going on in the organization in my leadership.I will provide High Command rank to the people
who actually have experience and knowledge about rules.Also ill conduct high command interview to recruit high commands in my gang.Ill make sure they are taking proper interview to recruit new member in organization.

2. I will make sure that there is no toxicity within the organization in my leadership.As i never like or never did toxicty so in my leadership i will not let people do toxicity.I will make punishments for who will do toxicity in gang.

3. I will make my gang most active by conducting daily events and activities in ghetto.I will make a pretty much amount bonus
system so people get motivate to go events.Also ill pay bonuses for make the ghetto active.So we can make a best term in the
grand rp history.

2.1 I want to become the leader of East Side Ballas because I have been part of many gangs before and gained strong experience in managing members, maintaining discipline, and building teamwork. I now feel fully ready to take leadership and represent Ballas with pride and dominance. My goal is to give my full dedication and make Ballas one of the most powerful names in the city again.

2.2 I plan to make East Side Ballas the most active, respected, and well-coordinated gang. I will focus on strong RP quality, zero rule breaks, and unity among members. My main aim is to bring back the true street legacy of Ballas and dominate both in RP and gang reputation.
