  2. I want to express my interest in the leadership role at SAHP I believe I have the knowledge and experience needed to guide the team well. I started my journey in the organization as a rookie and worked my way up to roles Over time, I’ve spent a lot of effort learning and contributing in every way I could. I have been involved in different parts of the city’s organizations, understanding both legal work and gang operations. These experiences, from the lowest to the highest positions, have given me a clear picture of how everything works. I’m confident this background makes me ready to lead SAHP again with commitment and understanding.
2.I have been part of this community since the very beginning and have had the opportunity to serve in high command roles across every organization. I’m currently working as the Bloods Deputy, and my goal is to use my experience to make a difference during my term. As a leader, I believe in being approachable and supportive helping others understand the rules and solving issues to keep things running smoothly. I lead by example, treat everyone with respect, and believe in sharing responsibilities to build a strong and united team.   1. As i said i have previously served as a leader for SAHP, where I worked closely with my units and built a friendly, approachable environment. During my time, we gave strong competition to FIB in numbers and overall performance. I’m committed to providing newcomers with effective, high-quality training on time so they can grow with confidence. To keep motivation high, I plan to introduce a bonus system that rewards outstanding efforts with daily bonuses to recognize consistent hard work. My goal is to create a workplace where dedication is appreciated, and every member feels valued, motivated, and proud to be part of the team.

  1. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Building strong relationships is key to our success always and would be the same this time as well. I focus on maintaining positive ties with state organizations, promoting teamwork, and reducing conflicts to improve performance. Within SAHP, I aim to create a family-like bond where we support each other, learn from mistakes, and enjoy what we do. To expand our team, I plan recruitment drives across different city time zones for better coverage and diversity. Engaging with the community through events and surveys will help us understand their needs and improve our services, making SAHP a stronger and more connected organization. =====================================================================================================

- Me Baby Ghost, I served in most respectful positions in state as Undersheriff of SAHP, USSS Diretor in GOV, ACP,COS 2x in LSPD ,HOD,COS,and currently AD in FIB every since i joined the city I've always wanted to become leader of SAHP because it one of the highest portion of jurisdiction. I want to become a unique leader and want to change the outlook on things in SAHP and make my leadership stand out amongst the past leaders, and inspire future leaders to try to make more great changes.

- Me as Sheriff of SAHP, i will make sure to protect highways because the highways are a hotspot for illegal racing, smuggling, evasion attempts, and the gangs primary source of robbing and hostage taking i will strengthen the security at highways and make sure that patrolling will be done regularly to maintain the law and order, As it is responsibility of SAHP to take care of all the jurisdiction comes under us and as a leader of team it's all me and my team responsibility too, And in my thoughts it's my turn to start my leadership journey from SAHP.

- Leadership is not commanding to low rank people it means to be a mentor to the team and teach them how everything works, as a mentor to my team SAHP, Ill teach my newly joined troopers the correct arrest procedure as per law and teach them proper radio commands to make more professional, and ill teach all the things in law which a LEO should be aware, like understanding the value of their own lives and that the gang are out to get them so always proceed with caution then there will be no misunderstandings and everyone is equal to me, by mentoring my team ill make my team strong so that they represent SAHP to the highest Respect.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

- I will introduce a better insurance system to insure that there are always units available or on call to provide the city with insurance and number plates.

- I will not tolerate toxicity, and disrespect of others within the ORG which destroys the whole dynamic of RP for others so that will be something that i will make sure no toxicity allowed.

- I will conduct public events to entertain citizens and show that how good SAHP works as well as training sessions for new troopers to show them how to properly patrol and protect themself while on the highway.

- I will be issue more bonuses to my team members to encourage them and if needed ill provide them bonus from my pocket that will boost their performance and increase team moral.

- I do not condone favoritism at all everyone will get the rank they deserve by their activity, logs and quality of work they do.

- I will not tolerate anyone who breaks law while in my term as no one is above the law, they will be fired as per there violation done.

2.1- I will make sure that my terms run smoothly with proper internal relations, proper communication, better understating and with zero favouritism.
To build a professional, disciplned, and respected SAHP. I would like to create structure, professionalism, and consistency within the SAHP. I would feel it my duty that every officer knows what is expected of them in their position, follows the correct process, and engages in conduct or behaviors both on and off duty that reflects in a respectful way on the department and the agncy, with both the community and with other agencies. A disciplined work force, serves to enhance RP quality and also build trust in the department.

2.2- I will put the best individuals for each ranks and each department to make sure that the things can run smoothly with a great coordination. I will make sure that everyone will get their ranks with proper interview process and I will also separate the work loads on different individual so everything will be updated and running. I will build a great environment for all my employees so they will never be bored working in SAHP and can give their full efforts.These types of educational program effectuat the current officers honing their skills, and help the new recruits to develop faster.

2.3- Strong leadership that can mentor officers, train new cadets, and create a devoted and engaged team is necessary for SAHP. My goal is to establish a setting where each individual feels valued, inspire, and secure in their position. In order for every officer to know what to do and how to confidently handle situations, I want to concentrate on appropriate training, regular activity, communication, and teamwork. SAHP can operate efficientlly and manage a variety of difficulties with a department that is well-organizedd and disciplined.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
- I will make sure that everyone in my organisation is well known about the basic RP knowledge to avoid any misconducts.

- I will implement a good bonus system for all my employees so they will feel more motivated towards their work.

- I will conduct weekly promotion ceremony and meeting with all the employees. At first we will promote the best individuals to their deserving ranks and secondly we will conduct the meeting to discuss about the internal matters and later on we will fix the problems.

- We will maintain a good external relation with all the other organisations so we can work with good coordination in every situation.

- Me Yam Captain, I have served in most respectful position in state as Deputy chief of Police in LSPD , Chief Commander in SAHP, USSS Director in GOV, 00 Agent in FIB and Major General in NG , I always wanted to be the leader of SAHP because it has the 3rd highest portion of the jurisdiction, My time as a Major General in NG and 00 Agent in FIB taught me that discipline is everything. I am applying for leader because I don't want to just sit back and stay the highways stays unorganized. I have some well experienced people who will help me out in the whole term.

- I have spend most of my time in legal (State Organization), I've spent a lot of time in SAHP like I have served approximately 5-6 successful terms. My goal is to make sure the highways are safe, Nowadays gang robberies on the highway are a major issue. I will hire people in HWP department so that they can just make the highway safe and people can visit Sandy Shores without any fear. I will make some fabulous strategy to make the highways safe, Most of the past leaders have just focused on the event because of that highway robbery has increased, But I will make sure that highways are patrolled every time.

- I will make a good team in Human Resource Department as that is the most important department according to me, Human Resource department is the only department which will provide training to the peoples. So I will make sure to have a good team who trains people according to the law. I will give a good bonuses to the people who will cover lobby, as that is also the work of SAHP to provide vehicle insurance to the peoples.

- I will make sure the lobby is covered.

- I will Build a Environment where everyone will fell motivated and will treat equally.
- I will introduce Detective Department, its work is to collect evidence and provide to FIB by their approval and their requirements.
- I will not tolerate toxicity.

- SAHP is very close to my heart as it was the first organization that I joined and learned a lot from it. and I want to become the leader of Sahp because i have been in almost all legal organization and i can handle sahp with my experience and also , I want to make sahp most active and most popular organization in City. So that every one know how much exiting is to work in sahp.

- I already shown my leadership skills by leading two gangs successfully as a leader which proves that I have good leadership qualities.

- From last few terms I have noticed that sahp is not much active and many people want to join sahp but they are not able to join because of less activity. But i will make Sure in my term that every one can join.whenever they want i will make a proper hr team that they will hire regularly.

- I have seen that many low ranks officer in SAHP and other legal organizations are not getting proper training and support from High commands and I want to change this by making a experienced HR team and dedicated highcommands so that they can understand Troopers and listen what they want to say.

- I will personally Take The Interview of Every High commands so that they not break the Rule.

- I will make sure that there is no favoritism will done in my term.

- I will make sure that regular highway patrol are done and will bring fear of highway in gang members.

-I Ricky Banks, have served the state in several respected positions Chief commander of SAHP x5, DOC Director & DHS minister in GOV x2, ACP in LSPD x2, Lt.General in NG. Out of all these roles, SAHP has always been special to me as it was the first legal org i joined. It holds one of the largest jurisdictions in the state, and I’ve always wanted to bring my own leadership style into the department. My goal is to create a leadership era that stands out and inspires both current and future members.

-As Sheriff of SAHP, my priority will be the protection of highways. Highways often become hotspots for illegal racing, smuggling, and evasion attemptss. I want to strengthen highway security through constant patrolling and by ensuring every trooper knows their responsibilities clearly. I believe it’s now my time to lead SAHP and take its standards even higher.

-leadership isn’t about giving orders it's about guiding, mentoring, and lifting the team. I will personally train new troopers on proper arrest procedures, legal knowledge, and professional radio communication. When everyone understands their role properly, the team becomes stronger, more confident, and more respectful. My aim is to build a team that represents SAHP with pride and professionalism.

-I plan to activate a Detective Department whose main job will be evidence collection and coordination with FIB as per protocol.

-I will maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward toxicity. Anything that ruins RP will not be allowed.

-I will organize public events so citizens can see SAHP’s professionalism and engage with us positively.

-I’ll regularly issue bonuses to hardworking members to motivate them. If needed i will contribute from my own wallet to support the team.

-No favoritism promotions will be based on activity, discipline, and work quality only. Everyone will be treated equally.

-I will conduct more training sessions to improve teamwork, communication, and understanding during different scenarios.

- Me Yam Captain, I have served in most respectful position in state as Deputy chief of Police in LSPD , Chief Commander in SAHP, USSS Director in GOV, 00 Agent in FIB and Major General in NG , I always wanted to be the leader of SAHP because it has the 3rd highest portion of the jurisdiction, My time as a Major General in NG and 00 Agent in FIB taught me that discipline is everything. I am applying for leader because I don't want to just sit back and stay the highways stays unorganized. I have some well experienced people who will help me out in the whole term.

- I have spend most of my time in legal (State Organization), I've spent a lot of time in SAHP like I have served approximately 5-6 successful terms. My goal is to make sure the highways are safe, Nowadays gang robberies on the highway are a major issue. I will hire people in HWP department so that they can just make the highway safe and people can visit Sandy Shores without any fear. I will make some fabulous strategy to make the highways safe, Most of the past leaders have just focused on the event because of that highway robbery has increased, But I will make sure that highways are patrolled every time.

- I will make a good team in Human Resource Department as that is the most important department according to me, Human Resource department is the only department which will provide training to the peoples. So I will make sure to have a good team who trains people according to the law. - Firstly I will complete the weekly task before or on the time.

- I will introduce Detective Department, its work is to collect evidence and provide to FIB by their approval and their requirements.

• 3.1. Training and Simulations: I will organize specialized exercises within SAHP, such as highway patrol maneuvers, state crisis response (in cooperation with GOV), hostage situations, and joint operations with other state agencies. This will help members gain the skills and coordination needed for spontaneous RP. Every exercise will be followed by a debrief to correct mistakes.


• 3.2. Encouraging Initiative: I will encourage members to propose their own RP scenarios, such as public safety education for civilians or planning joint patrols. When members feel their ideas contribute to the organization, their engagement increases, making RP more interesting for everyone.


• 3.3. Merit-Based Progression: Ranks will be earned exclusively through hard work and dedication. There will be no "gifted" ranks or unnecessary dismissals for minor issues that can be resolved through dialogue. This fair approach maintains motivation and prevents players from leaving due to poor management.

* I Nahid Nostra have been serving the state in some prestigious designations including Chief Comandar of SAHP 3X, USSS OPS Lead 2X, Lieutenant Colonel of NG 2X, Brigadier General of NG 2X. I have been servering the whole state with my utmost efforts, but I have always been having a soft corner for SAHP right from the day one. SAHP is nothing but that organization which has taught me what is called “legal org.” SAHP is one among the biggest legal org in this city. I always wanted to manage this department in my own style.


* As Sheriff of the SAHP, my primary goal would always be to secure our highways. These highways are often times used for illicit racing, smuggling, and attempts at evasion. In this respect, my goal would be to strengthen our highway security by providing regular patrols and ensuring that all of our troopers fully understand what is expected of them. I believe that this is a crucial time for me to lead the SAHP and improve its level of professionalism.

* SAHP needs leadership that not only has the ability to mentor the officers but also train new recruits to form a committed team.
