3.2 Implement zone patrols to keep officers moving improve how quickly units respond to 911 calls and backup requests and make sure public safety is maintained across the state.

3.3 Work closely with LSPD, FIB, NG, EMS, and the Government during Special operations, prisoner transports, wanted suspect searches, and major state events to ensure realistic and professional roleplay.

3.4 Every week, reward the most active and professional Officers with bonus rewards and public appreciation.

3.5 Focus on highway patrols real traffic stops, real accident investigations and real enforcement of state laws. Every Officers must follow SAHP keep radio discipline and put quality roleplay first of rushing for quick arrests.

➢ While in Grand RP I was in multiple state organizations where I learned how different departments work together. These experiences taught me that leadership is not only about giving orders, it is about maintaining discipline, earning respect and ensuring that every member contributes towards one goal. I believe I have now reached a stage where I can leverage my knowledge to lead SAHP successfully and create a professional environment for every trooper.

➢ SAHP's mission is to ensure the safety of the highways and maintain order throughout the state. My first priority would be patrols being in operation during the day and not just for large incidents. More realistic RolePlay will be established and the department will be more visible with regular highway patrols, border security, speed enforcement, convoy escorts, and coordinated operations with other state organizations.

➢ Strong leadership is what makes for a strong department. I want to create a promotion and mentoring system that allows new officers to be properly trained, guided and mentored by experienced officers through appropriate, structured field and leadership training sessions. ➢ Keep complete activity, promotion, disciplinary and patrol logs to ensure all decisions are fair, documented and transparent.
➢ Create a strong leadership team to oversee all departments effectively and enable the organization to function without a leader.
➢ Must have daily logs checkup/activity checks like old prime days especially so deserving people get rank and undeserving people get demotion by I.A department
➢ Promotions must be based on activity, behavior, logs and leading quality Not Of Friendship Or personal Relations

• Consistently gather evidence and organize law enforcement operations such as black market and gang raids to combat organized crime effectively.

A) Previous Leadership Experience


I've already served as SAHP Leader, so I understand what it takes to run a state organization. During my time in leadership, I learned how to manage officers, deal with major crimes, and work together with other state organizations.

If I'm selected as Leader again, my main goal will be to make sure the department is always ready for any situation. Whether it's a hostage situation, a robbery, or any other major crime, officers should know what they're doing and respond without unnecessary delays.

I also want to keep good coordination between LSPD, FIB, NG, EMS, and the Government because working together makes handling situations much easier

B) Better Patrols and Tactical units

3. Your Advice for Improving the RolePlay Level in the Organization:

A) Better Roleplay During Situation

Every officer should treat RP seriously and avoid breaking Rules. Whenever there is an emergency, available SAHP units should respond as quickly as possible and try to maintain and handle the situations ICly.

Problems with gangs or civilians should be solved through IC roleplay whenever possible instead of immediately involving admins. This keeps the RP enjoyable for everyone.

B) Proper Evidence and Officer Training

One thing that can improve legal RP is proper evidence collection. Officers should know how to use their bodycams correctly and collect evidence before processing suspects.

I would organize regular training sessions For:

1.Bodycam usage.

2.Evidence collection.

3.Correct use of the Penal Code and Traffic Code.

C) Active Participation in Events & Legal Processing

As the SAHP Leader, I will strive to attend city events along with my units.

➢ Radio communication is essential. Small things like making correct calls and being calm make a huge difference in RP success.
➢ Real-life situations like car accidents on the highway, DUI checkpoints, vehicle inspections, and pursuit exercises should be organized to keep the faction active.
➢ Older members should devote part of their time to helping newcomers instead of leaving them figure out everything on their own.
➢ Everybody should be treated equally. People deserve credit for doing well, but their mistakes should be addressed first.

I was Director General in National Guard and also worked as Minister of State in DHS and DOC. These positions gave me alot of experience with leading people, dealing with problems and making decisions when needed

I have also worked with many different organizations and I understand how legal orgs should work together. When I was in National Guard and DHS I learned alot about city laws, communication between departments and how important it is to have good high command who can control the organization properly

I want to make SAHP more active and make sure officers are actually doing their job instead of sitting in HQ. I want regular highway patrols, ghetto patrols and participation in events so SAHP can be active during the whole day. I have gained my experience in SAHP during Ninja Bhai's and Shivesh Royal's terms, and I genuinely enjoy legal roleplay. I wouldn't say I have excellent knowledge, but I do have the level of knowledge required to run an organization effectively.

( I have a strong emotional connection with SAHP. It has always been more than just a department to me.
Even if I am not selected as the leader, I will continue to fully support whoever becomes the next SAHP Leader. My goal has always been to help the department grow, regardless of my position.
On a personal note, I would like to share that when I first joined Grand RP, SAHP was the very first legal organization I became a part of. That is where I learned most of what I know today, and it is the reason I have the experience and confidence to believe I can successfully lead a term.
