2. Why do you want to become leader of this specific organization?

P1: The National Guard is the backbone of the state organization. My objective is to reduce crime and maintain high level of activity in national guard and stability all over state will ensure that all the crisis of candy in state will be removed in my term.

P2: I do not want only leadership tag I want to carry the leadership and contribute towards NG and high-level of activity and one of the most common issues every time in national guard we are facing candy and after getting leadership all the crisis of candy will not be repeated in my term. not only Leadership I want to set an example that National Guard can also be the most professional and high-level organization.

P3: As per the current situation what I can observe is state orgs are struggling to get ammunition that can be the main reason why legal orgs are losing some of the events.

2.Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization?

P1: Favoritism/Toxicity from the higher commands is the main thing which ruins the roleplay experience this is the thing which I have observed from my roleplay experience so I will make sure there will be no favouritism/toxicity in my organization

P2: I will make sure there will be 1 promotion ceremony held twice a week to improve roleplay level in the organization.

P3: I will also make sure State Orgs wont struggle for the ammunitions this will maintain/improve roleplay level between the state organizations.

P4: Hr department is the backbone of the organization so I will make sure that trainee will be trained just to make sure his/her roleplay experience won't be ruined.

P5: I will do IC Events once a day to increase roleplay level between the citizens and organization.

SOF (Special Operations Force)
SOF is the frontline force of NG. The most feared and bravest soldiers who protect the front lines with their life.

HRT (Human Resource and Training)
HRT are the most intellectual soldiers who recognize the capability of a citizen wanting to join the National Guard. They check if they have the necessary qualities that are needed.

MP (Military Police)
MP are the soldiers who keep the base safe from foreign invaders and make sure to guard the base and also keep check and balance in the organization so there is no corruption in organization.

AF (Air Force)
AF contains the most talented pilots who guard the base from the skies and provide air support to those in need and make sure to help SOF reach every situation ASAP.

IF (Infantry}
IF consists of soldiers who guard the gates of NG and also guard the trucks which are crucial for ammo supply to all the legal organizations.

2.1) I have quite good knowledge and experience about Leos and also I love working in NG as it was my first organization as an Law Enforcement Officer.

2.2) I have been in NG for total 5 Terms under Generals Harvey Dent, Navjot Singh, Arrpa Tzariarr, Durgesh Naii as Colonel, Brigadier General, Assistant General.

2.3) I like attending events like FZ raids, AirCraft Carrier (ACC), Bank Protection, Subs, Hostage Situations with the other state organizations.

2.4) I know very well about the work and role of a leader as I have closely seen it while being a Deputy Leader of EMS.

2.5) I will provide good amount of bounces, giveaways and host an promotion ceremony every week with a motivational speech to my employees.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1) I will make sure both North and South Gates should be covered 24/7 and regular patrolling specially keeping an eye near parachutes and the trunks in the NG Base.

3.2) I will make sure being very alert at the peak time of possible FZ raid to protect the NG Base from Robbery and also should be a part of all other events with good number of units.

3.3) I will make sure that NG should be quick responsive to the Departments and Global Calls and always be ready to provide a helping hand to other state organizations.

3.4) I will be very careful and responsible for providing candies to the other state organizations as soon as possible after the orders.

3.5) I will make sure that my HR Team should be well experienced and have great knowledge about NG and RP as well for providing better guidance and understanding to new employees.

3.6) I will make calm and friendly environment in NG and good relationships with the other state organizations.

3.7) I will make sure my high commands and employees should be friendly and professional to improve RP experience.

3.8) I think most important thing as being leader is to provide role clarity to his employees on the basis of their department.

3.9) I will give weekly tasks to each department before starting of every week as a target for my employees to get promotions, bounces and take a part in the giveaways.

3) Military Police (MP) - The Department of Law Enforcement Officers those who will do patrolling inside the base, taking care of the trucks and guarding the gates.

• National Guard is not just a organisation to me it's a feeling to become General lives very close to my heart.I want to lead this organisation with integrity,unity, strength and with full justice , set the standard that inspires respect across whole Los Santos and Sandy Shores. NG is at my bottom of heart and leading it would be the greatest honour for me.From standing on the FZ base,protecting trucks and ammunations and providing candies to leos and upholding justice as a officer when no one is watching.NG is not only about civil servant but it is about respect , discipline,sacrifice and honour.

•NG is my second state organisation. When I joined in NG everything feel new and intresting to me. Also I became nervous and shy at first but after days of training everything became used to and felt comfortable. I got my first Highcommand rank in SAHP and also got 28th rank first time here.Also I have been in NG from previous 4 terms and all the terms were great journeys for me there were very ups and downs. Also I have mostly the experience from law enforcement and as a civil cervant so I know how leos work what are there duty and how to manage and handle a proper term. As I was the Lt . General in previous term so I wanted to lead NG in a better way . Also about leadership I completed 2 gangs term succesful.

• If I am appointed as a General I will makesure everytime there is 2 guys in each gates at the prime time of FZ raid to prevent tresspassers from entering into the base also we gonna do regular patrols near base and as well as ghetto patrol with collab of other organisations to look after gang activities. As NG is the coral branch of state organisation as it has its own big base called Fort Zancudo and also they deliver candies or you can say trucks to different organisations without them the foundation of leo organisation is weak as they not gonna get guns and ammunation also our special trained soldiers who are ready in every situation.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

•Me as General gonna make Air Force (AF) department active as they will guard arround fz base and look if there is any tresspassers planning to enter fz base or any gangs nearby . They will inform us before hand and we gonna get ready according to it to take actions against them.

•Me as General will make HRT department most active as they will hire more - more people in organisation that will lead to increase of activity. I will hire some special HRT MG those I know would help me to active the department.

•Me as General will also look into Military Police (MP) department as there main job is to do logs and checkup of members that everyone is having license not carrying illegal things along with them while on duty also to do regular patrols with cars near FZ base and help coordinate with Air Force department from land

• Me as General will see that there is no toxicity or any fight among my guys as it will make the rp worse and also it will create impact in our organisation.

•Me as General will do promotion ceremony once a week so that deserving soldiers could get their deserving rank and they can work more efficiently. Also about bonus system will see that my soldiers get there bonuses on time and will set bonuses in bonus system more than any other organisation. Also
We will work with different state organisation so that internal matters amongst us can be cleared properly and we can work together which will benefit us all together.

   A. Leadership Experience : I have held multiple high command roles in state organizations, including serving twice as Advisory Board at LSPD and current serving as Chief Commander at SAHP . These experiences helped me understand how the National Guard operates, from discipline and training to managing officers and large-scale operations.
   
   B. I've been playing on this Server for long time, I believe I am well-suited to be a leader of NG due to my experience and expertise As Leo. Throughout my time in the city, I have held high-ranking positions such as a CC(SAHP),HOD(FIB), DCP(LSPD).
   
   C. National Guard Almost lost its charm due to people getting bored in the Org. And leaving because they dont have any Activity to perform other then Just standing at the Gates. I will make sure we Have Events inside the National Guard with collaboration of other orgs. Which will be exiciting for our Soldiers and also perfect for having strong bonds with other orgs.
   
   3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
   
   A) Bodycam is the most important thing for NG because we are raided alot and for this reason im gonna make sure all my Soldiers are Focused on following basic / commands all the time too Avoid any OOC rule breaks or IC sues and to make sure everyone have their body cams on even if they are just doing gate duties.
   
   B) Firstly national guard is army so i will be focusing on getting more numbers in national guard specially getting old ng members back , daily conducting mass recruitments so we always have units with well trained.
   
   C) I will be careful with warehouse permission and who i give HC to and only trusted people and i will be make sure New Recruits will be trained properly about all the locations of base and Treat All Members with respect and help them become strong soldiers and max out their skills,with no complaints againts any of my soilders and and make feel proud National Guard again.
   
   D) I wants to add something new for promotions for that we will be set targets for all ranks below High commands and when they compleate that from the confirmation of High commands they will be promoted to the next rank with a bonus amount and it was more intresting to complete the tasks and help for fair promotions.
   
   E) Finally by In our e-mail system, we can work on rules with interactive seminars for base knowledge etc. This brings us one step closer to a smoother role-playing experience and its helps all of us for running NG with enjoyable and most memorable term.
   
   F) Included me and my High Commands always try to maintain the integrity of the organization on a daily basis by checking gates to make sure they're not blocked, no sleeping units on duty, and keeping everyone on their toes in case of any emergencies, globals or raids, also being one of the most diplomatic HC's when it comes to dealing with other organizations and their needs and aside from that, being highly professional in the department chat as well.

2.1 There was a time when i was i kid then i watch the show which was about the difficulty and the threats . That Army deals with protection of base and citizen's by the terrorist org's and foreign threats so i was inspired to join Army and it became my dream from childhood so that is the first reason I want to the leader of national guard.

2.2 I have seen that there are many thing and activity's that national guard can do and follow that will make the org active and alive but in the past few term I haven't saw any of the EX - General's to use those ideas or brings some new thing into org. Which was the main reason for the inactive term. So i think i can fix it and make the org active.

2.3 The main reason I want to be the General is that i have saw all the Leo's think's NG is only there for providing them with the candies but I want to prove them wrong by showing them the activity of National Guard under my Leadership Skill because i have quite lot of experience in the Legal org's . • Making the HRT & MP department more strong: HRT & MP Department is one of the main pillar of the organization and both are responsible for different works in the organization. Where HRT helps in hiring peoples and give the basic training and also track the records for promotion, and the MP helps in checking the records of people and check nothing in unlawful in the organization.

• Avoiding favoritism: Favoritism is commonly seen in every organization by this many deserving soldiers are deprived of getting promotion in due time and also during hiring. But if we can ensure a proper and fair promotion for everyone, then I think we can complete a better term.

• Handling every Soldier with care & respect: Everyone needs respect and if the issue is deal with respect and care the solution
come very easily, mean a mind manipulator i know all the important things which can easily manipulate things very easily.

With time, I came to understand the responsibility and power the National Guard holds within the state. I want to explore National Guard and take it to its full potential.

B. Professional Vision
The National Guard is the backbone of the state. The Last line of defense when all other forces are down. My objective will be clear: reduce crime and maintain absolute stability across the state. I will ensure all the fight against crime as best as we can. I do not simply want a position I want to carry the weight of leadership and contribute where it matters most.

Special Task Force (SOF): SOF will be in charge of leading and handling all the important events such as terrorism attack on the state, handling the heavy 10-10 and assisting the other law enforcement organization with their help in the city, Mainly the good shooters and fastest responders will be in charge of this department .


Airforce (AF): AF the department of the Pilots who will be handling the protection of the Fort Zancudo and the jurisdiction of San Andreas Area through their Helicopters and fighter Jets which also includes the army planes, This will help getting intels as the sky is always clear and better than road ways.

Infantry (IFT): IFT is the underratted department and the most undervalued department, but this department has the major roles in protecting the base as this department mainly looks around the protection of the gates and having petrolling of the base all the time of dangers and issuing times by the help and intels of the AF department. Altough this is an individual department but it gets intel tough out each and every department, and this work might sounds boring but this is most dangerous and required working department.

2.1 As we know NG is one of the most important organizations because it provides security and immunity to the state of San Andreas against terrorism and evaders. Thus, it is one of the highest esteemed organizations and it gives me immense pride to serve the state as a Soldier.

2.2 I have spent ample amount of time in Leo Organizations and some of my achievements were Deputy Chief of Police in LSPD, Deputy Chief of EMS, Lieutenant General of NG, Assistant Sheriff in SAHP, Assistant Director of DEA in FIB. So, I feel the time has come for me to step up ahead and take Leadership and implement my thoughts and ideas in the best way possible for my organization.

2.3 As I have seen NG for the past few terms, It has not been active like other Leo Organizations like FIB, SAHP, LSPD. So, I want to take up the Leadership and protect the sovereignty and integrity of the Organization and make sure no Gang or Evaders take us lightly.

2.4 Last and the Foremost point of me choosing NG Leadership is that it provides a vast Departmental Variations such as Military Police, Air Force, Special Operations Force/Rapid Action Task Force, Human Resource, National Guard Infantry. Its diverse Departments make me keen in investing time in this Organization.

3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in organization.

3.1 I would invest more time in making a team who will focus on delivering ammunition to the Leo Organizations and be ready to perform Candy Run whenever required by the state. As a Lieutenant General, you can see my progress of how I dealt and solved the ammo shortages by performing frequent Candy Runs.

3.2 I would choose my SOF/RATF Team very precisely, because they will be designated to attend Special Events and also make sure, they provide bodycam of Events. In this way we will show the city now much NG has changed over the time, and this will also help us to complete the Weekly Organization Tasks within time.

3.3 I will also choose my members of NGRC Team (National Guard Review Committee) wisely as they will serve as the pillar of the NG during Legal Procedures and will only assign JAG (Judge Advocate General) to the Official who has a valid Lawyer's License to maintain Lawful Conduct within Organization.

3.4 I will treat department transmissions very seriously and any type of misbehavior/unprofessionalism in Department Radio will lead to Disciplinary Action based on the situation. This will in general help to purify the toxicity happening in Departmental Radio for the past few months.

3.5 I will not tolerate any type of favoritism and will take strict disciplinary actions up to demotion/dismissal from Organization, depending upon the seriousness of the activity.

3.6 I will also try to perform frequent weekly giveaways/incentives other than state bonuses from my pocket, so that people get engrossed in spending more time working for the organization.

3.7 Lastly, I will try to take a test for all NG Officials regarding Role-Play and make sure they perform their duties and responsibilities while performing proper standards of RP to prevent any Fail RP situation and Server Rule breaks.

Reasons:

2.1: I wanna be a leader (or) general of the National guard because I have a quiet experience of leader like I have been a deputy in unofficial organization and Lt. general in national guard (temp) so I can manage every soldier efforts towards National guard ,my juniors came and took experience from me, now they are the leaders of gangs i have these teachings and training skills



2.2: i have quite experience as assistant general (or) major general (28) All dept from past 6 terms and I have been very experienced in national guard now I am capable for a leader and I have a quality's of leadership which I have learn from being a Lt general and deputy in unofficial organization so I can perform my term with a good response... currently i am a deputy of a unofficial org so, that my dodge is to perform and complete the term successfully....

3.1: I should enforce extra benefits to those person who will cover gates and also patrol over the whole base to find out bandits
3.2: we guard the gates everytime to keep safe our base.

3.3: We will do the all things to protect our los santos.

3.4: We do petroling everytime...

3.5: I will make sure that people use /me /try /do for proper rp.

3.6: As leader I will make sure that there is no favouritism and all.

3.7: from past 2 terms NG is somewhat active so i can give my full efforts to become NG more active.

Departments:
a) INT (Infantry): The marshal power of the Army who will be enforced to control the crimes in the city if the Soldiers need in city during Robbery or Terrorism Situation. Also they will protect the soldiers during Important Mission like ammorun, Ghetto Patrol, gang raids ETC.

b) MP (Military Police): The law enforcer in the base who will ragulates the whole system in the base and will watchout on everyones activity. This Departments main task is to follow up the whole system in base and make the base secure from any external or Internal attacks. They will focus on every activity which will be happend in everyday in base also they will be the incharge to take action on corrupt soldiers or enforce the punishment to any soldiers for there mistakes.

c) HR (Human Resource): The production of Loyal and faithful man-power of National Guard. This department will be responsible for Recruitement and training the basics who wanna Join in National guard. Moreover this department will be responsible to make the basic reports of everyone who are deserving for the promotions.

d) AF (Air Force): The Falcons of the national Guards sky. This Department will be responsible for every Air marshal Power. And from the base they will be the fastest Falcon of the sky to take Units from the base to any Global Situations. Moreover the Air Force will be patrolling over the sky and with there sharp sight they will get the info about the external and Internal enemy for the base.
