1.1) I have been roleplaying in this city for over eight months now. I have participated in many events as well. I've been in gangs, I've been in legal orgs. Now I believe it is time for me to help others in the city. Ensure they are following rules, RP is going on, and make sure they are enjoying themselves while playing on the server?

2.1) My communications skills with other people are good, and I speak fluent English and Hindi/Urdu. This will help me quickly solve situations with the players to avoid missing out on RP action!
2.2) I am against favoritism and fair to all people no matter who they are or where they are from.
2.3) I am good with IT and computers, and I can solve software or even hardware issues in some cases as I have a great interest in computers.
2.4) I am also good at time management.

I have spent a considerable amount of time in the city, primarily functioning as an EMS and on top of that, being involved with various legal and illegal organizations. I can't say that I have been completely invested in gangs or LEOs, which is why I spent my time involved with the EMS. Through that experience, I was able to recognize the rules of the city, and I used what I had learned to help a number of people. Now I feel that I have collected enough information to step up as an administrator to help the community. 1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an admin and leave RP-life, because I have served as an Admin earlier and want to join the team again to serve again.

With this, I also want to lower the burden of admin team and take some of the great responsibilities onto my shoulders again. Also I gotta know some good number of languages with which I can clear out the confusions and help out the people.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

Ans: I have really enjoyed my time in RP and it has taught me a lot about the server and how things work from a players vision. But now I feel like I want to take the next step and contribute in a different way by helping the server run smoothly and supporting both new and experienced players. I have personally come across the moments where I needed help and it made me realize how important admin team is. So i want to be the part the admin team and help the server and the players. And yes I am ready to leave the RP side behind because I feel like I have done a lot there already.

2. What are your strengths?

Ans: One of the biggest strength is staying calm in any situation. I try to listen and watch from all the prospective before jumping to any conclusion. I understand the importance the following the rule and i am a quick learner and I am not shy or afraid to ask question if i am unsure about something.

3. What are your weaknesses?
Ans: One of the weakness is sometime I overthink when there is a tough decision to make and tend to double check myself inorder to make everything correct which i thing will slow me down. Another thing is that I tend to trust people too quickly.

4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?

Ans: I know the server rules well and understand how things work from a players point of view. I am good at staying calm in heated situations and making fair decisions without picking sides. I also have a good communication skill which i thing will help me to communication with the player properly and make them understand things clearly even in a heated situation. Moreover I take feedback seriously and always look for ways to improve myself.

Ans: Yes and i dont own any business.

Ans: No.

Ans: I just want to say that i genuinely care about the community and want to help make the server a better place for everyone. I know being an admin is about responsibility and patience and i am ready to put my time and effort and keep learning to be the best i can in the role.
